Order Notification

When you make a successful payment for an order, you get an instant notification via email to the email address you provided during checkout. Contact us immediately with your Order Number if you did not receive this notification.

Delivery

 In partnership with our Logistics Partners, DHL and GiG, deliveries are made from Monday to Saturdays.

Estimated delivery time are:
Delivery within Lagos Island and Mainland: Next working day after payment confirmation.
Delivery to Lagos Outskirts and out of Lagos: 2-5 working days.
Delivery outside Nigeria 3-5 working days.

Always ensure someone is available to receive your order. If a delivery cannot be made because no one is available to accept it, the package will be returned to us. Please keep in mind that this will result in additional shipping charges from the shipping company, and no refund will be issued. We do not deliver on holidays; therefore your order will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery Locations:

Our carriers are unable to deliver to the following locations: Airports, Hospitals and Prisons. We will also at our discretion exclude delivery to any addresses which are considered to be insecure. Afro by Nature cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. Should you have any delivery issues with your order, please contact us here.

Returns and Refunds

All Afro by Nature products are made from natural organic ingredients. If upon receipt of your order you notice it does not look fresh or smells funny, please do not use and notify us immediately. We would arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Due to the nature of our products, Afro by Nature operates a strict “No Refund Policy”. However, in cases where products arrive in bad condition (As stated above), we would offer a replacement, no refunds. Also, note that requests for returns should be made within 2 days of receipt of order. Any request made after this would not be treated.
